1. Bookings are confirmed when a date is reserved in writing.

2. In the case of rescheduling or cancellation on the client’s side, the charge is 50% of the total fee for the arranged booking plus any expenses incurred.

3. In the case of rescheduling or cancellation on the client’s side with 48 hours notice or less, the charge is 100% of the total fee for the arranged booking plus any expenses incurred.

4. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments will be subject to a standard £40 charge. If the invoice remains unpaid for a further 14 days, daily interest of 12% on the total debt is chargeable.

5. For photography bookings, raw images are for choice purposes only. Photo packages include final edited images only. Additional final edited images are chargeable.

6. Finished content from collaborative and test shoots is delivered to the agency within 30 days. The agency reserves the right to recover the models’ day rate from the collaborator if the content is not delivered within this time.
